Bewilderwood Norfolk

We started our day by hearing more of the Bewilderwood story whilst taking a tour of the scary swamp on a boat. The boat trip was around ten minutes long. You can take as many trips on the boats as you wish during your stay at Bewilderwood.

We then delved deeper into the woods to explore the incredible play structures. Bewilderwood is full of slides for all ages. Our favourite sldies were the three large drop slides, where you sit within a sack and really fly down. There are also several zipwires including a seated baby zipwire for toddlers - never seen these before!

Other play equipment includes a variety of swings, large wooden climbing frames, mazes, balancing equipment and treehousesThe play equipment was suitable for all ages. There was plenty for toddlers (including entire sections for younger children). There were also high, interesting climbing frames for teenagers. Of course lots of parents and grandparents were also enjoying the play areas.

The big slides and zipwires were supervised by staff. Not having to pull the zipwire back for the kids was honestly a dream.

At Bewilderwood there are also shows at the Storytelling area. There are also character meet and greets. We also loved the craft tent, which were great for a rest and reset.

As the adventure park is in the woods there was plenty of shade from the trees, but there were plenty of wooden shades too. There were lots of picnic benches and benches dotted around the play equipment.
