Essex has a brand new Stick Man Trail and its Christmas themed! It is the perfect way to get in the festive spirit. The NEW Stick Man Christmas Trail is based on the Julia Donaldson classic tale. Can you help Santa deliver the final present? You can find the Stick Man Christmas Trail at Thames Chase Forest Centre, Upminster. Thames Chase is a Forestry England Site.

The Forestry England Stick Man Trail opened in November 2025. You can find Stick Man trails at Forestry England sites all over the UK, including High Lodge Thetford Forest, Jeskyns Community Woodland in Kent and Delamere Forest. Click Here to find your nearest Forestry England Stick Man Trail. As with all Forestry England Trails, this trail provides lots of information about trees and wildlife, as well as being fun for children.

Essex has more than one Stick Man trail! There is also a Stick Man sculpture character trail at Weald Country Park. There are several wooden characters to be found along the Weald Stick Man Trail and there is also a Stick themed play area. We love visiting the Stick Man Trail at Weald Country Park but are very excited by the newest Stick Man offering!

The Thames Chase Stick Man Christmas Trail consists of several interactive boards with tasks to complete. This is not a sculpture trail. Unlike the previous Zog Trail, there is no associated App.
